About the tutor

Hello everybody, my name is Theodora, I am 31 years old and I am from Greece. I am a Greek Language and History teacher with studies in Greece and also a certified EFL teacher. I like to read books, travel and I love practising yoga. I speak fluent Greek, English and French, and I’m currently studying Italian and Spanish.I enjoy teaching people from all over the world, because we will have a chance to get to know each other, learn about each other's culture and at the end of the day, you get to speak and write Greek.Greek will help you feel more confident to your trips in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini or less famous places.

My teaching method is based on using small talk, interesting culture info and every day's life events so knowledge comes quickly and pleasantly. BONUS, at the same time I help you improve your English. If you like history, philosophy and the classics (Socrates, Plato etc.) I'd be more than happy we go that way.

REMEMBER, Greek is easier than it seems. In my lesson :

-you will learn how to write, read and speak Greek for any occasion and level

-fast learning for travellers in Greece

-in- depth learning for perfect pronunciation and fluency in speaking

During our lesson you let me know at any time if you do not understand something, if I speak fast etc. There are no "stupid questions". I will explain everything to you as many times as needed.

I am open to your suggestions. We can co- configure some course details.

I prefer to teach with both cameras on, in order to see the student's reaction during the lesson. That way I'll be able to understand that we are at a good level of communication.

Looking forward to meeting you.
