Having to teach for more than two decades, I came to realize the beauty and truth about cultures and diversities. It is with utmost faith that that in my experience teaching ages 6 to 66 years old, in physical schools, make-shifts, online or distance learning—I believe that education is for all. Being able to embrace different types of learners enables me to further enhance and grow my teaching abilities, not just to care for academics but to do more on the holistic improvement of every learner. To be able to help them to become lifelong learners and empowered individuals of the society. With my experience in the school governance, I firmly believe that training and guiding teachers and school staff is a challenging role yet, rewarding once you see and reap the outcomes of teamwork guided by the PVM (Philosophy-Vision-Mission) of the school. I establish a community of champions from the students, to the parents and guardians up to the faculty, school administration and staff. Relevant to my teaching profession, I can say that there is success in every learner.
