Farhad Bolouri is a Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering who has been working as a Doctoral Research and Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering since October 15, 2021. In this position, he is responsible for tasks such as advising students, teaching specialized undergraduate courses, and various researches.
He has been accepted as an Öğretim Üyesi Yetiştirme Programı (ÖYP) (Faculty Member Training Program) based on his CV at Near East University since March 15, 2022, according to which, his doctoral studies are full-scholarship and he is paid the minimum wage of the country and he is engaged in both research and teaching civil and environmental engineering courses in English and Turkish.
Accordingly, his taught courses for undergraduate students so far are:
I. ENV374: Air pollution Control (in English) - 2021-2022 Spring;
II. TCE372: hydromechanics (in Turkish) - 2021-2022 Spring;
III. CIV374: Engineering Hydrology (in English) - 2021-2022 Summer;
IV. ENV382: Waste Water Treatment Plant Design (in English) - 2022-2023 Fall.
