This course is designed to give you an understanding of some of the vital concepts in Psychology and discuss their real-life applications.

The course content is based on the lecturer's experience both as a university professor and a clinical psychologist. So, you will not only learn about some of the most important concepts in Psychology but will also gain insights into how you can apply them to facilitate your self-awareness and self-growth.

The course is delivered in a series of 18 live sessions on different topics. You will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to the lecturer throughout the course. At the end of the course, the lecturer will provide you with the Recommended reading list.
